Abstract
著者는 서울大學校 病院 齒科放射線科에서 觀察된 琺瑯芽細胞腫 97例를 分析하여 患者의
年齡, 性別 病巢의 位置 周圍 解剖學的 構造物과의 關係 및 放射線學的 樣狀 等을 硏究하였
던 바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다.
1. 患者의 平均年齡은 28.7歲로 男子 28.5歲, 女子 30.0歲였으며, 20歲代에서 가장 發生率이
높았다.
2. 琺瑯芽細胞腫의 發生은 男子가 46例, 女子가 51例로 男女間에 差異는 없었다.
3. 97例 中 95例가 下顎에 發生되었고, 下顎臼齒部에서 下顎枝에 이르는 部位가 가장 많이
나타났다.
4. 모든 症例가 周圍 解剖學的 構造物에 영향을 주었고, 24例에서 埋伏齒와 明確한 關聯性
을 보였다.
5. 琺瑯芽細胞腫의 放射線學的 形態는 單房性이 49例(29.9%), 蜂所樣 17例(17.5%) 多房性
의 放射線 透過像이 67예(69.1%)였다.
#초록#
she author observed 97 cases ameloblastoma diagnosed in Department of Oral
Radiology in Seoul National University and analysed patient's age, sex, location, relation
with adjacent anatomic structures, and radiographic forms.
The obtained results are as follows :
1. The average age of patients was 28.7 years.
The mean age of male was 28.5 years, and female's 30.0 years.
Third decades revealed highest rate .
2. The occurrence of ameloblastoma is approximately evenly distributed in both sexes,
male 46 cases (47.2%), female 51 cases (52.6%).
3. Ninety-five (98.0%) cases occurred in the mandible.
The mandibular molar-ramus region was the most frequent site of the tumor (74
cases, 76.3%).
4. Most of the cases affected adjacent anatomic structures.
24 cases (24.7%) were shown to be definitely associated with an impacted tooth.
5. Radiographic forms are unilocular (29 cases, 29.3%), honeycomb (17 cases, 17.5%),
and multilocular (67 cases, 69.1%) radiolucencies.
